  • How can I see all of Y's coffee offerings?
    Simply visit the section Our Coffees and all specialty green coffees will be visible. If you want to be the first one to stay up to date on new green coffee releases, special offers, promotions, local events and other exclusive content, join the Y Coffee newsletter.
  • Can I order samples?
    Yes. Get in touch with us through the Contact tab. There you will have the following options: filling out the form, email (sales@ycoffee.ie) or phone number. (083 058 0887). Here are some things to know before ordering samples: Each sample is a minimum of 100 grams. Roasted samples can be requested in the delivery comments but cannot be guaranteed. Samples are for evaluation with the intent to purchase, and we recommend ordering samples with specific goals in mind; for example, finding a base for your roastery. You cannot order the same sample multiple times.
  • How and where can I buy green coffee?
    Through our online Shop. If you want to contact our team, simply call 083 058 0887 or send an email to sales@ycoffee.ie
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    One bag (30kg).
  • How do I place my order?
    Find the items you want to purchase, select the quantity and then click the 'ADD TO CART' button. When you're are ready to check out, click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of your screen. Once you are on your designated 'Cart' page make sure the details are correct: The correct address The correct coffee The correct number of bags and then, select 'CHECKOUT'. Add in all of the appropriate information.
  • How do I find and manage my shopping cart?
    To see and manage the contents of your shopping cart, select the shopping cart icon at the top right hand of the page.
  • What if I want to buy a larger quantity of an item?
    If you'd like to purchase larger quantities of an item, you may call our Customer Service Team at 083 058 0887 or email your inquiry to sales@ycoffee.ie
  • How long can I store green coffee for?
    We recommend using up green beans within one year.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are ready for collection from our warehouse facility Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. Y Coffee makes every effort to ship your order within 48 hours.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    No. Currently, We only ship to addresses in Ireland.
  • What are the delivery methods?
    At the moment, we offer only Click & Collect service.
  • Where is Y Coffee located?
    Based in the heart of Dublin City, our warehouse is at Goldenbridge Industrial State, Tyrconnell Rd, Inchicore, Dublin 8, D08 FP64.
  • What does Y Coffee offer?
    We offer Speciality Green Coffee beans registered and certified by SCA; and Barista Training for our clients as well as to public.
  • Where is your warehouse?
    Our warehouse is based in the heart of Dublin City, at Goldenbridge Industrial State, Inchicore.
  • Do you offer wholesale services?
    Yes, we do! Click on "WHOLESALE" in the menu to learn more about our wholesale services and to contact our wholesale team.
  • Is your coffee fair trade?
    At Y, our mission is to create a milestone to Minas Gerais, the place that supplies the world with coffee, but takes no credit for it. Our goal is to create a balance in the Specialty Coffee market, where the farmers and their origin turn into a key part of the chain, receiving the credit they have been denied for decades. We work to bring the REAL Speciality Coffee to the Market, and all its benefits such as Organic Production and Sustainability Certifications, connecting real-life coffee farmers to coffee lovers along a fair chain, with reasonable prices and profit for all.
