Her farm was acquired by the family in 1982, focusing on cultivating Arabica coffee varieties. The harvest is entirely manual, employing Natural and Descascada (washed) processing methods. Daniele is bringing innovation through the founding of Coffee Women Entrepreneurs Association thus continuing the family tradition as fifth-generation coffee producers.
